Set up your own student access. Counselor and administrator accounts are managed by an administrator.

1. Choose Get started on the home page, or Register on the student login page.
2. Enter your full name, email address, password, and the same password in Confirm password. The eye buttons let you check the passwords.
3. Read Terms and Privacy Policy, then select the agreement checkbox if you agree.
4. Choose Register. After the account-created message appears, sign in with your email and password.

Open the dashboard assigned to your account role.

1. Students use Sign in on the home page. Counselors and administrators use Counselor / Admin, or Counselor Login on the student login page.
2. Enter the email address and password for your account. Select the eye to show or hide the password if you need to check it.
3. Choose Remember me only if you want the browser to remember your session, then select Log In.
4. Read any message if sign-in fails. Check the email, password, and portal before trying again. After signing in, open User Guide for tutorials specific to your role.

Request a password reset through the email associated with your account.

1. Select Forgot password? on the login page.
2. Enter the email for your account and select Email Password Reset Link.
3. Check your inbox and spam folder. Follow the reset link in the email if it arrives.
4. Enter your email, new password, and confirmation on the reset page, then choose Reset Password. Return to the appropriate login page.

Use the Google account flow offered on the student access pages.

1. Choose Sign in with Google on the student login or registration page when it is available.
2. Choose the Google account you want to use and follow its sign-in prompts.
3. For a new registration, review any Terms and Privacy Policy agreement shown and complete that form.
4. Follow the returned page. If Google sign-in is unavailable or the account cannot use it, use the email-and-password flow or contact your administrator.
